Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor III.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan files for compliance and verify documentation within specified timeframes
• Manage a pipeline of 20 to 30 loan files and prepare loans for underwriting submission
• Ensure timely processing of loans to meet contract deadlines and assist other departments as needed

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or GED with over five years of mortgage loan processing experience
• Extensive knowledge of VA and FHA loan processing and experience with multiple investors
• Advanced knowledge of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and mortgage processing systems
• Registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) may be required
• Commitment to customer service and ability to maintain a positive attitude
