Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor III to manage complex residential loan files from contract through closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review new loan files and verify compliance documents within specified timeframes
• Maintain a pipeline of 20 to 30 files and process loans to meet deadlines
• Prepare loans for underwriting submission and ensure all closing documentation is complete

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Five plus years of experience in conventional fixed and ARM, HELOC, and construction mortgage loan processing
• Extensive knowledge of VA and FHA loan processing
• Experience working with multiple investors
• Registration under the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) may be required
