Key Responsibilities

• Assist in leadership and management of Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals and operational excellence
• Recruit, interview, and train talent while managing employee performance and retention
• Promote an effective sales environment through training, coaching, and marketing material creation

Required Qualifications

• Typically a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Typically two or more years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge of sales strategies and mortgage products/services
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience preferred
• Well-developed leadership skills
