Job Summary
Engaging directly with clients, the remote NMLS Licensed Mortgage Originator will provide expert guidance on loan products, manage a robust pipeline, and make outbound calls to generate new business while ensuring a positive client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls to discuss loan products and prequalification criteria
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to generate new business
- Monitor and actively manage a pipeline of leads and loans to meet conversion goals
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of mortgage sales experience with a proven track record
- NMLS-licensed mortgage loan originator with experience in a variety of loan products
- Full understanding of FHA, VA, and Conventional mortgage products
- Strong knowledge of consumer lending regulations, including RESPA and TILA
- Excellent phone sales skills with the ability to connect and guide clients through the loan process
