Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator to guide clients through the mortgage loan process.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgage loans by building relationships with real estate agents and referral sources
• Assist clients in selecting suitable mortgage products and guide them through the application process
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and communicate effectively with relevant parties for timely loan approvals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Loan Originator, or similar role
• Valid NMLS (Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System) license
• Knowledge of loan origination systems and mortgage lending guidelines
• Strong understanding of financial documentation and credit analysis
