Job Summary

Building relationships with clients and real estate partners, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Mortgage Originator will guide clients through the mortgage application process, advising on loan options and providing progress updates from approval to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on mortgage options that best fit their needs using banking and lending knowledge
• Build a pipeline of clients through salesmanship and interpersonal skills
• Communicate progress updates to clients throughout the mortgage process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Verifiable high volume of mortgage sales experience
• NMLS Registration
