Job Summary

To support a high-performing mortgage team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Mortgage Originator will qualify and originate mortgage loan applicants, build relationships with referral sources, and provide exceptional service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Qualifies and originates loan applicants for various mortgage products, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and policies
• Builds relationships with Realtors, Builders, and other referral sources to enhance business development
• Facilitates the loan closing process and provides exceptional service to existing customers while cross-selling and referring to other departments

Required qualifications

• Meet NMLS requirements for Mortgage Loan Originators
• 2-3 years of experience in mortgage loan originations or a strong background in real estate
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach
