Job Summary

To support a high-performance fintech environment, the remote NMLS Licensed Mortgage Originator will manage the end-to-end origination of HELOC loans, converting inbound merchant-sourced leads into funded loans while ensuring compliance and providing operational support across the loan lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Owns the origination process for HELOC loans sourced from inbound merchant leads
• Provides operational support throughout the loan lifecycle, including application intake and document collection
• Manages a high-volume pipeline efficiently while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance borrower engagement

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license
• 1-2 years of mortgage origination experience in a brokerage, fintech, or loan operations environment
• Strong knowledge of HELOC products, borrower qualification, and loan structuring
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on accountability and results
• Experience with loan origination systems and automated workflows
