Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral to support underwriting decisions
• Communicate document requirements to borrowers and referral sources while coordinating with various departments
• Facilitate efficient transactions by working closely with underwriting and closing departments

• Ability to obtain necessary licensing and certifications as required by management
• Proficiency in using DU, LP, and GUS systems for transaction evaluation
