Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outside Loan Originator.

Key Responsibilities

• Source mortgage leads and build relationships with real estate agents
• Analyze applicants' financial status and explain loan options to customers
• Generate complete loan applications and maintain communication with referral sources

Required Qualifications

• NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
• Experience with retail product philosophy and underwriting procedures
• Experience in proactively soliciting new business
• Knowledge of all mortgage products and programs
• Proficient in standardized software applications, including Microsoft Office
