NMLS Licensed Outside Loan Originator
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outside Loan Originator to manage mortgage loan origination and processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source mortgage leads and build relationships with real estate agents
- Analyze applicants' financial status and determine loan feasibility
- Generate complete loan applications and improve documentation as needed
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, and underwriting
- Proven ability to proactively solicit new business
- Knowledge of mortgage products and programs
- Experience with Encompass is preferred
