Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Outside Loan Originator will source mortgage leads, build relationships with real estate agents, and analyze loan applications while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Source mortgage leads and build business relationships with real estate agents and other lead sources
- Analyze applicants' financial status and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility
- Generate complete loan applications and assist customers with inquiries throughout the loan process
Required qualifications:
- NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, underwriting, and documentation
- Proven track record of proactively soliciting new business
- Familiarity with Encompass preferred
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products and programs
