Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the mortgage pipeline and manage all intake activities at the front end of the process
• Respond to new leads and ensure timely engagement while reviewing applications for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and update CRM systems to track lead status and borrower progress

Required Qualifications

• NMLS license preferred; must obtain within 90 days if not licensed
• Experience in mortgage intake, Loan Officer Assistant responsibilities, or loan processing
• Familiarity with CRM and loan origination systems, preferably Jungo and Encompass
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously while staying organized
• Experience working effectively in a deadline-driven environment
