NMLS Licensed Pre-Approval Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Bryan, OH office, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Pre-Approval Manager will manage the loan process from start to finish, providing customer service to borrowers while ensuring compliance and stability of various loan programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by assisting clients in understanding loan programs and documentation
• Review and audit financial documentation to ensure loan stability and compliance
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types, ensuring the best financial program for borrowers

Required qualifications:

• NMLS License under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
