Job Summary
To support mortgage production, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Production Associate will manage workflow for timely closings, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate effectively with clients and realtors.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings while providing a warm welcome to Realtors and Clients
- Communicate with borrowers, processors, and title companies to expedite the mortgage process and follow up on required documentation
- Maintain product knowledge and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending
Required qualifications
- NMLS license is mandatory
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM/Salesforce and working within a database is a plus
- Ability to perform basic income calculations
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
