Job Summary

To support a high-velocity lead environment, the full-time NMLS Licensed REO Loan Officer will manage assigned REO leads and listings, ensuring fast pre-approvals and guiding borrowers through the purchase process while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with buyers and agents to convert REO leads into funded loans
  • Maintain disciplined follow-up and communication to ensure pipeline movement and borrower engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and listing agents to support active transactions and provide status updates
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a producing Loan Officer or mortgage originator
  • Active NMLS license with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
  • Strong purchase mortgage experience, including pre-approval strategy and contract-to-close execution
  • Experience using a CRM for pipeline management and activity tracking
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume lead funnel with strong follow-up discipline
