Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for mortgage licensing and regulation in the assigned state, the full-time NMLS Licensed Responsible Individual will ensure compliance with state regulations, maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, and complete necessary continuing education while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures integrity, client focus, and teamwork in all interactions while adhering to company standards
• Exhibits a sense of urgency in executing job functions and duties
• Stays current on changes in market conditions and completes continuing education and licensing courses

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license
• Experience with compliance and licensing in accordance with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
• Meets qualifications for Loan Officer Licensure under the SAFE Act
• Maintains current registration, licensing, and training obligations under applicable laws
• Bachelor of Arts degree
