NMLS Licensed Retail Production Assistant
Job Summary
To support top-producing Retail Mortgage Loan Originators, the full-time NMLS Licensed Retail Production Assistant will manage loan origination processes, serve as the primary contact for borrowers and realtors, and ensure compliance while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for client retention and new lead generation
- Analyze credit reports and assist in determining optimal loan structures for clients
- Manage the loan pipeline by submitting files and clearing underwriting conditions for timely closings
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of professional office experience, with a minimum of 1 year in the mortgage or banking industry
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and execute marketing initiatives
- General fluency in FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA guidelines
- Experience with Encompass LOS or similar mortgage software and proficiency in Google Workspace
- National and multi-state NMLS licensing maintained within the past 12 months is preferred
