Job Summary
Self-motivated and experienced, the full-time NMLS Licensed Reverse Mortgage Consultant will source and generate new business, develop referral relationships, and guide borrowers through the reverse mortgage process in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build rapport and leverage existing relationships to help customers achieve their mortgage financing goals
- Consult with customers to analyze their financial situations and provide tailored loan product solutions
- Manage the loan application process and ensure compliance with quality standards
Required qualifications
- Two or more years of full-time reverse loan origination experience
- Active NMLS license
- Proven ability to self-source reverse mortgage business through established networks
- Experience with structuring and pricing loans
- High school diploma or GED
