Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer (Remote Call Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and past clients regarding reverse mortgage products
• Take inbound calls from homeowners and guide them through their financial options
• Manage the loan process from application to closing, ensuring a positive client experience

Required Qualifications

• At least two years of successful reverse mortgage experience preferred
• Active NMLS license required, with the ability to be licensed in multiple states
• Solid understanding of current lending regulations and reverse mortgage guidelines
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email tools
