NMLS Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer

Job Summary

To support a growing Nationwide Call Center, the full-time NMLS Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will originate reverse mortgage loans through inbound and outbound calls, guiding borrowers through the loan process while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and assist inbound callers in navigating the loan process
• Originate quality reverse mortgages by collecting and analyzing customer financial information
• Provide timely status updates and set customer expectations to ensure a positive experience throughout the loan process

Required qualifications

• Minimum of one year of reverse mortgage experience preferred
• An active NMLS license is required
• Ability to be licensed in multiple states
• Familiarity with current lending regulations
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
