NMLS Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Reverse Mortgage Officer will originate self-sourced reverse mortgages, manage client databases, and mentor branch Loan Officers while working remotely and visiting assigned branches monthly.

Key responsibilities

• Originate and close at least two reverse mortgage loans per quarter while managing the loan application process
• Analyze borrower financial scenarios and communicate loan product options and fees to the operations team
• Provide mentorship and marketing support to branch Loan Officers and ensure quality customer service through effective communication

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least two years of experience in reverse mortgage lending or a related field
• Active NMLS License
• Able and willing to meet customers outside the branch and visit assigned branches monthly
• Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office programs
