Job Summary
Ambitious sales professionals will find a remote opportunity as an NMLS Licensed Sales Consultant, responsible for guiding homeowners through the home equity investment process, managing a full pipeline of applications, and engaging with inbound leads while exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information and understand homeowner circumstances
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the investment process, maintaining a high volume of daily calls
- Manage the pipeline using Salesforce and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient processes for homeowners
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with demonstrated closing experience
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Willingness to become NMLS licensed, with active licensing being a plus
- Technical aptitude to master internal tools, with Salesforce experience preferred
