Job Summary
To support homeowners in accessing their home equity, the NMLS Licensed Sales Consultant will engage with inbound leads, manage a full sales pipeline remotely while working west coast hours, and guide clients through the application process for Hometap's home equity investment product.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads to provide compliant information and understand homeowners' circumstances
- Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process, maintaining a high volume of daily calls and providing status updates
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce and ensure efficient processes by coordinating with internal teams
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in a quota-carrying sales role with a proven track record of closing deals
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution
- Willingness to become NMLS licensed, with active licensing being a plus
- Technical aptitude to master internal tools; Salesforce experience is advantageous
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to regulatory compliance
