Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Originators.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10 - 15 mortgage associates and oversee loan closing processes
• Train, motivate, and performance manage team members to ensure exceptional member experiences
• Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while addressing escalated member issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate Degree or significant industry experience
• 3+ years of sales management experience in the mortgage sector
• Experience in training and coaching sales teams
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and mortgage lending practices
• Ability to motivate teams to exceed performance expectations
