NMLS Licensed Senior Loan Officer

Job Summary

To support a growing remote team, the full-time NMLS Licensed Senior Loan Officer will originate and process real estate mortgage loans, source leads, and build relationships with real estate agents while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Source mortgage leads and build relationships with real estate agents and other referral sources
• Analyze applicants' financial status and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility
• Generate complete loan applications and improve documentation by informing applicants of additional requirements

Required qualifications:

• NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
• Experience with retail product philosophy, policy, underwriting, and documentation
• Proven ability to proactively solicit new business
• Preferred experience with Encompass software
• Strong knowledge of all mortgage products and programs
