NMLS Licensed Senior Loan Officer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales environment, the full-time NMLS Licensed Senior Loan Officer will manage inbound calls from qualified home shoppers, analyze financial situations, and provide tailored loan solutions while utilizing advanced CRM tools in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with existing and potential borrowers to meet their needs and exceed expectations
• Analyze customers' financial situations and advise on appropriate loan products
• Lock loans at point of sale and submit initial loan packages to production staff

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time purchase or refinance loan origination experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and be a top producer
• Ability to accurately structure and price loans
• Complete knowledge of conventional and government loan programs
• Current NMLS license, having passed the National test and completed the 20-hour licensing course
