NMLS Licensed SPOC Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SPOC Servicing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10-12 SPOC/Early Intervention agents, overseeing daily functions and performance
• Ensure compliance with loss mitigation guidelines and provide training and development for staff
• Coordinate with various departments to support foreclosure avoidance and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year College or University or equivalent experience
• Must possess NMLS and SAFE Licenses along with at least 14 State Licenses
• In-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loss mitigation options
• Experience in supervisory roles, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Familiarity with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and related mortgage servicing regulations
