Job Summary
A company is looking for a Success Manager to support the development and success of newly hired Loan Officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and develop sales and loan origination skills through structured coaching
- Provide operational oversight to ensure Loan Officers meet performance metrics
- Implement structured goal-setting and performance reviews to drive growth and production
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of current retail mortgage industry leadership experience
- Must be NMLS Licensed
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated team development results
- Deep knowledge of mortgage operations and sales cycles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Encompass, and Optimal Blue
