NMLS Licensed Transaction Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing loan files from application through closing, the full-time remote NMLS Licensed Transaction Coordinator will analyze credit information, review documentation for discrepancies, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and loan originators.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact between clients, Branch Manager, and Loan Originators
• Review documentation for discrepancies and update Encompass accordingly
• Track requested documents and collaborate with Loan Originators to resolve issues

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Experience with mortgage loan processing or origination preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA and mortgage regulations preferred
• Encompass experience required
