NMLS Licensed VA Loan Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Call Center Loan Officer specializing in VA Loans with NMLS required.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and submit purchase and refinance loans for VA borrowers
• Manage inbound leads and partner with realtors to support VA buyers
• Complete the pre-approval process and submit loan files to underwriting

Required Qualifications

• Active license in at least two of the following states: CA, FL, TX
• Minimum origination volume of $650k in the trailing 14 months
• Knowledge of VA home loan programs and basic understanding of LOS and Microsoft 365
• Past military service preferred but not required
