Job Summary
Leading a team of Wholesale Account Executives, the full-time NMLS Licensed Wholesale Manager will drive production, develop broker relationships, and create scalable processes to enhance growth in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team focused on broker acquisition and production growth
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with broker accounts and key Loan Officers
- Analyze broker performance and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services sales, including leadership experience
- Active NMLS license or ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire
- Strong understanding of mortgage broker operations and loan origination processes
- Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams and drive measurable results
- Previous Salesforce experience required
