NMLS Mortgage Loan Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Sales Mortgage Loan Assistant - NMLS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to assigned Mortgage Loan Originator(s) until application submission
• Follow up with borrowers for required documentation and respond to loan status inquiries
• Utilize marketing tools to assist in growing the Mortgage Loan Originator's business

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
