NMLS Registered Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance member relationships, the full-time NMLS Registered Consultant will make outbound calls to potential and existing members, promoting credit union products and services while achieving sales goals in a remote capacity across select states.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate business through outbound calls and follow up with members to provide tailored solutions and improve financial well-being
• Track daily sales totals and maintain accurate records of member interactions in the CRM
• Educate members on product offerings and assist with resolving requests related to loans and deposits

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience with a proven track record in sales
• NMLS Registered and successful completion of compliance-related coursework
• Working knowledge of credit union products, applicable laws, and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with members and staff
