Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Relationship Consultant for a full-time remote position in Alaska, Washington, or Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate business through inbound/outbound calls to achieve sales goals
• Educate members on product offerings and provide appropriate financial solutions
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and follow up on requests

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience or prior loan experience with a proven sales track record
• Proven ability to generate business through outbound calling
• Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services
• High school education and NMLS registration
• Successful completion of all compliance-related coursework
