Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue Initial Loan Estimates (ILEs) in accordance with TRID requirements
Administer system access and user permissions across Encompass, CRM, and related platforms
Audit loan officer communications to ensure consistency and compliance

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in data entry or audit-type work
Must register with the NMLS after onboarding, with costs covered by the company
Experience in managing documentation and compliance processes
Ability to coordinate with borrowers and contractors effectively
Familiarity with mortgage operations and related systems
