NMLS Registered Relationship Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance member relationships, the full-time NMLS Registered Relationship Consultant will make outbound calls to potential and existing members, cross-sell Credit Union products, and meet sales goals while working remotely from Alaska, Arizona, or Washington.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate business through outbound calls and educate members on product offerings to improve their financial well-being
• Follow up with members via telephone or email after initial contact and track daily sales totals
• Maintain accurate records of member conversations in CRM and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of related experience with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Proven ability to originate business through outbound calling activity
• Solid knowledge of deposit, loan, and ancillary products/services
• NMLS Registered and successful completion of all compliance-related coursework
• Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
