Job Summary

To support a growing Reverse Mortgage team, the full-time Junior Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer will assist borrowers in understanding reverse mortgage options, develop referral relationships, and originate loans while providing exceptional customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in reverse mortgage products and processes through mentorship and training
• Educate borrowers on reverse mortgage options and guide them through the loan process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while participating in business development activities

Required qualifications

• Experience with self-generated lead development required
• Strong interest in developing a career in reverse mortgage lending
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a sales-focused environment
• Working knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and SAFE Act requirements preferred
