Job Summary
Overseeing a team focused on ensuring fair payments and resolving issues related to the No Surprise Act, the full-time Supervisor of No Surprise Act Operations will manage claims negotiations and final arbitration processes while refining organizational workflows for maximum efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Train and manage direct reports to ensure successful NSA negotiation outcomes
- Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback while handling escalated high-priority cases
- Develop and maintain department policies and procedures, facilitating communication with internal and external parties
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or customer service
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- College degree preferred, or extensive relevant experience without a degree
- Experience with the No Surprises Act is preferred
- Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 Medical Claim Forms and medical coding is desired
