NOC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Analyst to monitor and control computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the operations and security of all computer networks and systems
• Respond to service outages and interruptions while troubleshooting and optimizing network performance
• Create and maintain network documentation, generate performance reports, and perform system upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
• 2+ years of experience in a networking operations role focused on enterprise-scale network infrastructures
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP, and supporting Juniper and Palo Alto hardware and software
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and VPNs
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and automation using Terraform and Ansible is desirable
