NOC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Analyst to monitor and control computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor operations and security of computer networks and systems
• Respond to service outages and interruptions, troubleshooting network issues
• Create and maintain network documentation and generate performance reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a networking operations role focused on enterprise-scale infrastructures
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP networks, and supporting Juniper and Palo Alto hardware
• Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, and BGP
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Netflow and SNMP
