Key Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 monitoring and incident response for healthcare SaaS platforms
• Detect issues, execute runbooks, and escalate incidents to ensure platform stability
• Collaborate with global teams in a follow-the-sun operations model

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in NOC, IT operations, or technical support roles
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog or Splunk
• Familiarity with incident management and ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management
• Moderate understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and APIs
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
