NOC Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Analyst to support the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network, systems, and infrastructure performance using enterprise monitoring tools
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system issues
• Document incidents, outages, and resolutions in ticketing systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in IT operations, network monitoring, or NOC environment
• Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, and system operations
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG)
• Required Certifications - Role-appropriate IT and networking certifications demonstrating operational competency
