NOC Analyst

Job Summary

Providing 24/7 monitoring and incident response, the full-time remote NOC Analyst will manage service request intake, alert triage, and severity classification for mission-critical applications supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor dashboards and alerting tools continuously to detect production issues and disruptions
• Acknowledge and process incoming service requests through Jira, ensuring timely responses to Critical and High priority requests
• Document incident conditions and contribute to incident ticket creation while coordinating with VA Leadership for high-severity issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field
• 3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) and 24/7 IT operations environment
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
• Experience supporting federal government programs and enterprise-scale applications in cloud-based or hybrid environments
• Active Federal Civilian Public Trust clearance or eligibility for clearance
