NOC Analyst II

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time NOC Analyst II to monitor and maintain network and system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor junior analysts in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor network and system performance using various tools and software
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate complex network and system issues as necessary
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in network and system monitoring or related field
• Experience with network and system monitoring tools such as ConnectWise Ticketing, OpenDNS, Kaseya VSA, and PRTG
• Knowledge of advanced networking concepts including load balancing, VPN, and firewalls
• Advanced understanding of server and operating system concepts, including Windows and Linux
