Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer to provide tier I technical support and maintain IT systems remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Provide client support via phone and email, addressing inquiries with urgency
Manage system alerts and maintain administrative competencies of NOC tools and products
Perform root cause analysis and maintain comprehensive documentation in ConnectWise

Required Qualifications

One or more relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Security+
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
Familiarity with AV, spam, and patching solutions
Knowledge of DNS, SSL-Certs, and other IT management tools
Experience with Windows Server and Office 365
