Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer who will monitor, maintain, and support networked systems, hardware, and applications.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network, system, and hardware health 24/7 using monitoring and alerting tools
Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages promptly, following defined escalation procedures
Perform initial troubleshooting for network connectivity, hardware failures, and performance issues

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a NOC, IT operations, or technical support role
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
Experience troubleshooting hardware, network, and system performance issues
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools
