Implement updates and patching to supported software and hardware systems
Resolve maintenance related technical issues
Collaborate with clients, peers, and managers to aid in successful support of services

Qualifications

1-3 years of Information Technology work experience, preferably in Managed Services
Technical Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent work history
Technical certifications in VMware, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc
Understanding of ticketing systems and time management
Experience working for and within IT for the Legal Industry
