Job Summary
A company is looking for a NOC Engineer to provide tier I technical support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support via telephone and email, addressing system alerts and inquiries
- Maintain and manage NOC tools and products, including backup, disaster recovery, and security alerts
- Perform root cause analysis and maintain comprehensive documentation in ConnectWise
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of information technology and desktop support
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery, AV solutions, and patching solutions
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Office 365, and multisite datacenter environments
- One or more relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Entry Level Certification
- Experience with MSP applications like ConnectWise, N-Able, and IT Glue is desirable
