Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer to provide tier I technical support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide client support via telephone and email, addressing system alerts and inquiries
  • Maintain and manage NOC tools and products, including backup, disaster recovery, and security alerts
  • Perform root cause analysis and maintain comprehensive documentation in ConnectWise
Required Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of information technology and desktop support
  • Experience with backup and disaster recovery, AV solutions, and patching solutions
  • Familiarity with Windows Server, Office 365, and multisite datacenter environments
  • One or more relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Entry Level Certification
  • Experience with MSP applications like ConnectWise, N-Able, and IT Glue is desirable
