Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer to provide tier I technical support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide client support via telephone and email, addressing system alerts and inquiries
Maintain and manage NOC tools and products, including backup, disaster recovery, and security alerts
Perform root cause analysis and maintain comprehensive documentation in ConnectWise

Required Qualifications

Working knowledge of information technology and desktop support
Experience with backup and disaster recovery, AV solutions, and patching solutions
Familiarity with Windows Server, Office 365, and multisite datacenter environments
One or more relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft Entry Level Certification
Experience with MSP applications like ConnectWise, N-Able, and IT Glue is desirable
