NOC Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the NOC Engineer I will manage incident response, scheduled maintenance, and remediation efforts in support of Managed Services Solutions while adhering to company standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement updates and patching to supported software and hardware systems
• Resolve maintenance-related technical issues
• Collaborate with clients, peers, and managers to aid in successful support of services

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Information Technology work experience, preferably in Managed Services
• Technical Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent work history
• Technical certifications in VMware, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc
• Understanding of ticketing systems and time management
• Experience working for and within IT for the Legal Industry
